If the app crashes when you start it up.
Please try to restart the iPad /iPhone and sync it with iTunes. If that does not work please try deleting the app from your iPad and your iTunes account. You can easily re-download it by clicking the buy button again. The App Store will inform you that you have already purchased the item, but will still download the application again to your account without charging you.
